I recently upgraded from a 2016 SR5 to a 2022 TRD Pro. I've noticed the TRD Pro exhaust is much louder than the SR5. The decibel levels are nearly equal at idle, or low accelerator use, but when you tap it moderately hard, its's much more throaty and when it you really punch it, its downright aggressive.
I'm sure some drivers love this, but not me. Is there a software code change available (our BMW M3 has one) or another inexpensive fix I can have the dealer or aftermarket shop perform?
