TRD performance exhaust?

Considering this install from the dealership. Anyone with opinions/experience with this product?

I have it on my '21 TRD Pro. I drove one with it and one without and didn't care one way or the other. My '18 TRD Sport had the TRD air intake and that was noisy when you stepped on the gas. The TRD exhaust is noisy all the time. I've read that I can remove the rear seats and install some sound deadening material. I would consider that.,
