Catalytic Converters

My catalytic converters are done, would buying performance headers and cat back exhaust system be wise or should I just replace the parts with factory converters? I want performance but also I want to pass emissions. Considering all options

be careful... I bought some aftermarket ones and they are too HIGH flo and it is tripping sensors on 06'

I've been using Magnaflow cats for a while now (not just the cat but the whole bolt on section with stainless pipe, flanges, etc) on my '00 Tundra and they've been great. I can't say if they alone added power or not because I upgraded the rest of the exhaust at the same time.
