Alignment issues (toe)

So recently I lifted my 2002 with a 3" in front and a 4" in the rear. New steering rack, inner and outer tie rods, LCA and bushings, etc. Gutted everything but the CV, hub, and spindle.

So far, two shops have "aligned" the truck, both of which handed me a sheet indicating acceptable camber and toe, but caster sitting at 0.2-0.7 degrees. I was under the impression that the freedom offroad UCAs had built in correction specifically for 2-4 inch lifts?

And my toe is crazy. The tires squeal under any kind of load be it suspension compression on a bump, braking, or god forbid taking a corner at the speed limit. I can even visually see that the front tires are toed really far out.

Is this *ALL* the fault of the freedom offroad UCAs? I could understand caster, but effectively destroying my tires and squealing then under all conditions?

Or have I gotten unlucky with my alignments both times. I marked all the suspension adjustment bolts after the second alignment and nothings moved, but from the moment I drove away from the shop the squeal remained.

I'm at my wits end here, if I have to shill out $1000 for UCAs to fix my truck I'm going to be pretty sad. I've had some people insist the F.Os are some kind of bomb and are going to kill me some day, despite me being unable to find a failure, while others are baffled at the alignments I'm being given.
