Factory JBL Sub

Hello everyone,
New to the form here as the wife and I have just purchased a new 23 Sequoia TRD Pro. So far we are loving it. But our only issue is the factory sub that cam with the 14 speaker JBL system sounds awful at volume level 35 or higher. It makes a noise like a clapping or flapping noise, or as my kids described it a farting noise lol... Is this normal or is my sub messed up.

Well just to update this the sub was blown. Took it into the dealer and they confirmed it. They’re installing a new one tomorrow. They mentioned that they have seen a few come in where the sub was loose and not properly tightened down. Which unfortunately wasn’t the case here.

That is the same thing that happened to our 23 TRD Pro. We noticed it after we picked it up from the dealer brand new. Sounds great now that its replaced
