.3mm is like a 64th of an inch. I wouldn't solely take my word on this, but I imagine when you tighten your lugs on to the new wheels that small amount of difference would just press fit them onto your hub.

I got all of my e-brake cable setup replaced today and all new lower balljoints (Toyota OEM), the total came out to about $900. The damn Toyota E-brake cable itself was $400
