Unanswered What is this Vent for?

On my 2017 Limited, there is a vent just below the VSC and back power window switches and above the tire pressure reset switch. Anybody know the function of this vent? I was thinking of installing a Prodigy P2 brake controller in the area between the switches, that is, over the vent.

I believe that’s the speaker for the door chime. Maybe also for the sonar sounds.

Ive read that is the glass breakage sensor for the security system. but Im sure you have had someone else chime in since this is 2 years ago

Temperature sensor.

It senses the ambient temperature in the drivers side of the vehicle. You have a heating/cooling system which allows separate temps for each side.
