So who does it and what do you think?

I am a huge fan of disconnecting only the rear sway bar while doing any off-roading including just simple dirt roads. The trucks drives so much better and traction is gained with added rear suspension articulation.

Try you may like it. If not bolt it back up and it's back to stock.

I only do this for offroad and enjoy all sway bars connected while on the street

I can agree with the added stability off-road and on off camber conditions with the rear sway bar disconnected, however I ran a Jeep XJ with no front or rear sway bars as a daily driver and hated it... it felt like I was going to flip over on ever on and off ramp... scary especially with the wife in the passenger seat.

Quick Disconnects are the only way to do it.
