Hey there! First time poster. Just bought a 2002 Sequoia and I’m making my list of mods. I’m about to wire up a button for the inside of the rear hatch to lock/unlock/raise and lower rear window.
My buddy has a 4Runner and he did the same but added a button to pop the rear hatch from the inside as well. This would be great to do, but the sequoia doesn’t have a powered actuator, so I don’t see any simple, powered solution here.
I do not want to put some sort of pulley to manually open hatch from the inside. Anyone have a good powered hatch mod/idea so I can pop the rear hatch from inside the Sequoia? Thanks!
