Your brush bar might be different than my but Toyota made a minor face lift changes on 05-07 sequoia. From what I believe there is no way to put a upper brackets on the 05 -07 bumper vs 01-04 sequoia. Here is my brush guard on my 02 sequoia.. You cant really see it but the upper bracket goes between the top bumper and bottom of the grill. I took my upper bracket off because it was rubbing so bad that it chew through the paint to bare plastic. Without the bracket the brush guard wobble more but not so much that it bothers me.

Thank you for your time and replay. You are right, when I bought mine I thought it will fit perfectly as I have 2006 Sequoia and I bought it of Tundra 2006. The upper brackets as is won't fit for sure, I am hoping to find a drawing of the upper brackets for 2005-2006 version. I don't like wobbling and I would like to add the lights which will increase the weight and worsen wobbling even more

I had the same issue with that same brush bar. I bent the brackets for the upper connection to fit beneath the 05-06 hood (where it extends down to include a portion of the "grill"). Then used sheet metal screws to attach it to the metal beneath the plastic bumper. No movement on anything. Just make sure to hit actual metal with the screws (I used 1.5" long ones), and put some rubber grommets between everything to protect the paint, just in case. I can take pictures later.

Straightened out one end of the bracket; touched up paint.
Get it set where you want it and drill holes through the plastic of the bumper at the locations on the bracket. I only drilled through the plastic since I used sheet metal screws into the metal underneath. You could probably also drill all the way through and use nut/bolts. I put rubber underneath the bracket too.IMG_20200127_110405790_HDR.jpgIMG_20200127_110416248_HDR.jpgIMG_20200127_110443945_HDR.jpgIMG_20200127_110452405_HDR.jpg
