I thought it was just the Blend Door Actuator, but I am thinking it is something more. The Air conditioning/Full Cold is stuck on for just the driver's side. If I change the temperature, the temperature changes everywhere else in the truck, but not on the driver's side.
I thought it was the blend door actuator, but I am thinking it is more. I just removed the actuator assembly and the half circle gear that I think is supposed to be attached to the center stack = HVAC Unit Case is broken. The plastic shaft is in pieces.
Does anyone have experience with this, does this mean I have a much larger repair ahead of me? I can not find anything online for any repairs deeper than the blend door actuator assembly.
Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated.
It is a 2012 Platinum Sequoia with 260k miles.
