Headlights as Daytime Running Lights

I'm importing a 2011 Sequoia from the USA into Canada and they require daytime running lights. They have to come on automatically when the vehicle is turned on, not only when you move the switch to DRL. Any idea how i can wire the headlight low beams to do this? It could just be temporary to pass the inspection.

If it were me, I would find a wire or fuse that is hot when the key is turned to Accessory, and do a jumper from that to the low beam wire. Unfortunately, I don't have any wire schematics I can share to help. Good luck!
