Front Door Speakers. JBL power connector removal trouble

I am having trouble removing the power connector from the front door speaker. I'm at my wits end and I'm not sure how to get this clip off. I've got both of the side clips off but I have no idea what's still keeping it stuck on.

Not entirely sure but sometimes a small flat screwdriver will help separate the clips.

Could be corroded on , did you try some pliers or screwdriver?

Don't be afraid to really pull on it while you've got the side "clip" disengaged. They were a bear but mine were just stuck.
