Could use a gut check... I'm in the process of overhauling a 2004 SR5 4WD that I bought in preparation for a drive (move) to Costa Rica. Just finished a complete front of engine service and while replacing the radiator noticed that all of the front bumper cover fasteners are missing. There are three on top and I believe 6 underneath... I want to replace them for obvious reasons, not the least of which is the 4500 mile drive from Denver to CR over questionable roads...
I've looked at the parts diagrams on various dealer websites and if I'm looking at the right thing, it's showing this part number: 90467-A0008 which looks like a christmas tree style push fastener. Two things... I'm second guessing that I've found the right thing, seems like those fasteners would be something more substantial than a christmas tree style... Is that the right fastener? Second, is it true that top and underneath are all the same or are there different fasteners top and bottom?
