Wow truck looks awesome! How do you like those sway bar links? I am in need of some new ones. Also, I noticed you have wet steering rack bellows....I just found out my rack is leaking into my bellows too.

I like them, the stock ones were too short to add new bushings too with the lift, they were shot anyway. Much tighter feel up front. Need some rears now. May just go back with stock though as I can't find anyone making an aftermarket option

no leaking in there. notice the patch of goo there to the left. the boot was cracked so I cleaned it to patch, was dry inside. The cv boot straps were loose allowing grease to sling all over the underside of the truck fixed with a few new ring clamps

Anyone want to swap black door switch covers for wood grain?

Edit: too late! I painted them

Any picture of the extension bracket for the rear air ride? I'd like to see how you manipulated the sensor to add height. Rig looks wonderful!

Thanks man, I'll get you a pic of how it's set up today. Just a short 2.5" 2 hole piece of metal, very simple. Getting the ride height where you want it and locking it down.

Hey man just bought an 05 identical to yours! Same color and all! I was wondering about the tpms delete. Also my rear air ride still functions on it, and I was wondering how that’s worked being lifted and all. Does it just auto adjust the rear up? And how do the bags handle off-road?

Nice find. Think you have silver though. Tpms delete is a sniping and grounding of one wire on the Tpms module between the stereo and glovebox. I extended my bracket for the air ride on the rear axle. See my build thread linked in first post. You're not going to get very good travel with the airbags, but I don't do any crazy off roading with it. I like the air ride because when we take our camping trailer end all the kids it rides level and smooth. Have fun with the build keep us up to date

so what's the procedure to get the height where you want it? Unlink the bracket and then use the screw you mentioned to raise neutral setting then add 2.5" piece?

I installed the bracket, let the bags adjust and then moved the bracket until I got the height I wanted and then tightened the nuts. took about 20 minutes

when you say let the bags adjust what makes that happen? Is that by turning the screw on the height adjust under the vehicle to increase the neutral height? Hey also I know initially you removed the running boards and I am too but in some later pics it looks like yours has tubular steel side rails/rock rails? If so, where did you buy? I'm having trouble finding online. Thanks for all your help!!!

Check out my thread on mud. Lots of info. The sensor makes the height change. You set the sensor
