1st gen sequoia sunroof seal

After searching around I cannot find any sort of sunroof seal replacement for my 2007 sequoia. Just purchased the vehicle last week and found the sunroof seal is cracked / torn towards the rear of the glass. Toyota only offers the entire sunroof to get the seal ($1400+). Has anyone found a fix or replacement for this? Luckily in Colorado so it doesn't see much rain at all.

Found a few of these on ebay for $45. Maybe they will work
