Identifying the correct mirror part #

In a pinch, try calling the parts department at the local dealership. Easier than taking it off to look.

2007 Sequoia - Mini Light Bar - In Grill?

I’ve not done it yet but have similarly looked into it. On the lower grill, it has a great mounting location on the support bracket. I’ve seen YouTube videos showing a 30” two-row light bar in there. For the upper bumper portion, I’ve seen very slim light bars from a company called OZ-USA (note...

Unanswered Lower control arms / bushings - I think the dealer is insane, what say you?

I did. The truck doesn’t wander as much though it’s still a 5,000 plus pound vehicle so I wouldn’t say it’s crisp handling by any means. It definitely tightened up the slop feeling in the steering wheel. -Mike

Unanswered Lower control arms / bushings - I think the dealer is insane, what say you?

Lower control arms for $2,400 is pricey. I’ve been told replacing the whole assembly is easier than fighting with the bushings. For reference, a few weeks back I had new lower ball joints, lower control arms, and steering rack bushings installed. Cost for OEM parts was $900 and installation...

    17x8 with 265/70 R17s

First Gen Offroad (https://www.1stgenoffroad.com) is a good starting point for lift kits and anything else First Gen Sequoia related items. Agreed, most leveling kits I’ve found start at 2” of lift. When I lifted my 2005, I put on 33” (stock wheels), took off the mud-flaps, and installed 1.25”...

    Unanswered Center console fitment question

Hi all, Ive searched this forum and the internet in general without an answer. I’ve got a 2005 Sequoia SR5 4x4 with the front center console, immediately below the ashtray and cup holder, which has 4 buttons on it. In the post-facelift years (2005-2007) these have operable buttons depending on...

Official exterior light pic thread: Let's shed some light on this subject.

Any chance you can post how you did the flush mounted light install on your rear bumper? Looks awesome!

My current MPG compared to stock

I’m averaging about 14mpg with mostly city driving, though I have a 3” lift and I’m running 33” so it’s to be expected.

    SoCal New Guy

Hey all, just picked up a 2005 SR5 4x4 with 200k on the clock for a family/camping/hunting rig. Bone stock (even has original shocks & springs) but 2” suspension lift kit from First Gen Offroad is currently being installed after that I’ve got Falken WildPeaks LT285/75r16 lined up for the new...

    Overhead Sunglasses Console SR5

Jim, if you flip down the cubby that holds the sunglasses case, there should be two screws in there. Take those out and then firmly (but carefully) pull the front/windshield side downwards. Once lowered, there should be one wire connection to remove and that’s it. Hope that helps.
