05 Sequoia resetting

Hello everyone, our Sequoia is finally giving us a little trouble. Once in a while the key fob will not unlock the doors and will only respond to the aftermarket remote start. When you get in the clock is reset to 1:00.
Help.....please.

Yeah, sorry guys. It kept doing for a while and while on a road trip for Thanksgiving the alternator went out. After replacing it everything went back to normal. So really hard to tell if it was a loose wire or bad terminal or just the low voltage from the alternator causing the issue. But it went on like this for almost a year. Now the stereo glitches between stations for some reason. IDK. I'm going to go through the cables as suggested and clean all terminals and connections.
